My 3 all time favorite quilting projects

I know that I haven't been quilting long but I
thought i'd better start listing some of my
favorite quilt projects that i have completed in
the last few years. Even the ugliest quilts that
I have done, back before i knew anything about
matching colors for a quilt, hold a place in my
heart. If I had to break it down to my 3
favorites, I would have to say: (in no particular
order)
1. Of course this would have to be the first quilt I ever finished. I knew from the moment I started to see the blocks sewn together, that this whole quilting thing was definitely for me.
2. This would have to be the first baby quilt I quilted. I remember finishing in a big hurry just in time for a very special baby's birthday. I was so happy that I bought a baby quilt kit as i was crunched for time and the quilt kit made it so easy to finish in a hurry.
3.The first queen size quilt that my husband and I worked on together. This also happened to be around the same time that my husband had his first lesson in patience. What a sense of accomplishment to finish such a large piece, even if we did cut a few corners so to speak
